College Square Mall Gift Cards couldn’t be easier!  Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $20 to $500 and are accepted at all mall stores* accepting the Discover Card. We also offer a Discover gift card that can be used anywhere in the United States that Discover is taken.  You can use your  balance in one store, or multiple stores - just keep track of your available balance to help make your transaction easier.  Gift cards can be purchased with Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and business/corporate checks.  Contact the Customer Service Center for more information at (319) 277-3636. 
 
An activiation of $1.50 applies to each College Square Mall  card sold, and 
for every Discover gift card sold there will be a $5.00 activation fee.
 
Tips for Using Your College Square Mall Gift Card
 
1.  Know your balance!  You'll need to tell the store associate your available balance so you card can be processed correctly.  This can be done by:
  • Visiting the Customer Service Center located in the Cinema Wing of the mall or calling them at (319) 277-3636.  Have your gift card number ready when you call.  This is done free of charge.
  • Calling the toll free number on the back of your gift card (800) 798-4099 - a $0.25 service fee per call may apply.
  • Visit www.mymallgiftcard.com to check your balance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
2.  Use your College Square Mall Gift Card wherever Discover cards are accepted*.  PLEASE NOTE - currently gift cards are not accepted at Von Maur, Villa Italian or US Cellular**.  
 
3.  Use your College Square Mall Gift Card within twelve months of the purchase date.
 
4.  Again, know your balance.  Your gift card purchase will be rejected if the sale is processed for more than your card balance.  If your card balance is not enough to cover your purchase, ask the sales associate to process it as a split-tender sale, processing the alternate method of payment first, and your gift card last. 
 
5.  If a return is necessary, have the store follow their return policy.  It is recommended you hang on to your gift card in the event that a return is required.
 
 
* GIft cards are currently not accepted at Von Maur, US Cellular or Villa Italian.  See Customer Service for a complete listing of all stores accepting Discover.
 
**If you are using your gift card to purchase gas at the Hy-Vee Gas Station, you must go into the store and pre-pay for your gas.  Gift Cards do not work at the pump or inside the store after you have pumped your gas.
